Can you guarantee my order will arrive on time?

We guarantee that we will ship your order on time, which means we'll use the proper shipping method in order to have the rental arrive on or before the date you requested during checkout. Beyond that, it is completely out of our control. Although both UPS and FedEx are highly accurate, they do make mistakes. In some cases, bad weather intervenes as well.

If your package is delayed, we will do our best to notify you, in hopes that you can prepare contingency plans. Nevertheless, the best contingency plan in most cases is to order the equipment to arrive a day or two before you actually need it. That way, if something happens in transit, you have a buffer before it hurts your shoot.
