Do you charge a deposit?

In almost all cases, no! 

Occasionally, we don't have enough information to properly verify an order and we may ask for a deposit in those circumstances. In the same way, because of the high value of the equipment, we may ask for a deposit for certain items if you cannot secure independent insurance coverage.

If we decide a deposit is needed, we will always ask your permission before we bill the order and proceed with the deposit.
