If you cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, there is no penalty or fee for cancelling your order.
If you decide to cancel your order after it is been marked as "Shipped", we will refund all of your rental fees minus $100 per box or the actual 1-Day rental rate for the cancelled items, whichever is less.
